Fundraising for Mind? Be aware that fundraising for Mind and fundraising for South Kent Mind are different – any money fundraised for Mind will not be going towards local support in South Kent delivered by South Kent Mind. If you are intending to fundraise for South Kent Mind, please ensure that you select South Kent Mind on your chosen platform for fundraising.
JustGiving is the most popular fundraising platform in the UK – a page is easy to set up and you will have access to a wealth of resources and support from the same group that helped Sir Tom Moore raise almost £33million for the NHS in 2020.
If you choose JustGiving as your platform of choice, you must write South Kent Mind when asked to select the charity you will be supporting. Putting just Mind will result in any money raised being allocated away from supporting local people in Folkestone, Hythe, Dover, Deal, Sandwich, and the Romney Marsh.
TotalGiving ensures that 100% of all donations go straight to South Kent Mind – meaning every penny that you raise will go to supporting local people struggling with their mental health.

If you are a Facebook user, you can set up a dedicated page to raise money for South Kent Mind through friends. Facebook ensures there are no fees for processing donations so South Kent Mind receives 100% of the money raised.
