If you are struggling with your mental health and need someone to talk to, there are local support helplines across the Folkestone & Hythe and Dover districts, as well as national helplines available 24/7.
Samaritans is a 24/7, confidential and non-judgmental support service. You can talk to them at any time and in your own way. They are here for anyone experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including thoughts which could lead to self-harm or suicide.
