The Wheel of Wellbeing is a model devised to find balance in the 6 most prominent areas of a person’s life. Although there is no ‘one size fits all’ model, the Wheel of Wellbeing is a good place to start whether from a personal or professional perspective.
The Wheel of Wellbeing can be broken down into Six Ways to Wellbeing that focus on Body, Mind, Spirit, People, Place, and Planet.
