Counselling at South Kent Mind
We all face challenges from time to time, and it’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn. Talking to a trained counsellor can help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and find a way forward.
Counselling may be helpful if you’re struggling with things like:
- Depression
- Stress
- Bereavement
- Anxiety or low self-esteem
- Emotional difficulties
- Difficult or unexpected changes in your life
We offer counselling in-person, over the phone, and via online video calls — whatever feels most comfortable for you.
At South Kent Mind, we provide two different counselling options. Both offer a safe, confidential space to talk, but they vary in cost and waiting times.
Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone. We’re here to listen, support you, and help you find the right path forward.

Our low-cost counselling service is very sought after, so there may be a waiting list. Waiting times can vary, and we can explore this with you during your assessment.
