2-day course certifying you as a Mental Health First Aider.
Available online and in-person.
Half-day course raising awareness on mental health.
Available online and in-person.
1-day course training you as a MHFA Champion.
Available online and in-person.
Courses are designed for organisations and each session holds a maximum of 16 people.

This course is ideal for anyone over the age of 18 who is looking to gain the knowledge and skills to spot the signs of people experiencing poor mental health, and to be confident to start a conversation/signpost a person to appropriate support.
This course will train you as a Mental Health First Aider and will give you:
Our certified Mental Health First Aid course is fully accredited by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and is suitable for individuals and businesses. Once completed, you will receive a certificate of attendance to authenticate that you are a Mental Health First Aider.
Sessions: 1 day (7.5 hours) or 2 half day sessions.
Bookings for an organisation: maximum of 16 persons per session.
