Mental health is a priority for all and this course will provide you with the confidence and skills you need to look after your own mental health, as well as supporting others.
Most popular course for entry level- provides 3 years of certification accredited by MHFA England.
Gain the knowledge and skills to spot the signs of poor mental health, and to be confident to start a conversation/signpost a person to appropriate support.
Introductory course designed to raise awareness of mental health.
Gain an understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma. Gain a basic knowledge of common mental health issues. An introduction to looking after and maintaining mental health.
Great for volunteers or key individuals in organisations.
Gain the knowledge and confidence to provide Mental Health First Aid for the most common mental health issues. Gain an understanding of how to help build a mentally healthy workplace, challenge stigma and support positive wellbeing.
A refresher course for those who have already completed a MHFA course.
Refresher MHFA training to renew skills, update knowledge on mental health support, and provide a space to practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan.
Targeted training programme designed specifically for managers and supervisors to enhance leadership skills, improve team wellbeing, provide proactive mental health management, increase awareness and create organisational resilience.
Equipping managerial staff writhe necessary skills and knowledge to support mental health in the workplace effectively. Understand mental health in the workplace, recognise signs of mental health issues, create effective communication and support, address the legal and ethical considerations, and develop mental health strategies.
Courses are designed for organisations and each session holds a maximum of 16 people.

This course is ideal for anyone over the age of 18 who is looking to gain the knowledge and skills to spot the signs of people experiencing poor mental health, and to be confident to start a conversation/signpost a person to appropriate support.
This course will train you as a Mental Health First Aider and will give you:
Our certified Mental Health First Aid course is fully accredited by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and is suitable for individuals and businesses. Once completed, you will receive a certificate of attendance to authenticate that you are a Mental Health First Aider.
Sessions: 1 day (7.5 hours) or 2 half day sessions.
Bookings for an organisation: maximum of 16 persons per session.
