Joystick Genius: Video Game Quiz Night
Calling all fans of retro classics, modern masterpieces, and everything in between - this is your night!
Join us for an exciting evening of video game trivia and fun, all in support of your local mental health charity, South Kent Mind.
Put your knowledge to the test with rounds covering iconic franchises such as The Legend of Zelda, Pokémon, Halo, Final Fantasy, Fortnite and plenty more surprises along the way!
Fancy dress is highly encouraged - come as your favourite character from any game or genre! There’ll even be a prize for the best costume.
Thanks to the generosity of Chaos Cards, we’ll also be running a raffle on the night - plus prizes for the winning team!
All proceeds from the event will support South Kent Mind, your local, independent mental health charity. These vital funds help us continue our work to improve mental health and wellbeing across our community.

Event Details
This event is presented by South Kent Mind in collaboration with Chaos Cards.
Date: Saturday 31st January 2026
Time: Doors open 6:30pm. Quiz starts 7:00pm
Venue: Chaos Cards, 100 Sandgate Road, Folkestone, CT20 2BW
Tickets: £10 per person, with all proceeds supporting South Kent Mind.
Teams: Up to 6 per table - but if you don’t have a team, come along on your own! We’ll make sure you’re matched with others so you can meet new people, make friends, and enjoy the night together. Nobody should feel left out.
Drinks & Snacks: Please feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks along, they will also be available to buy on the night from Chaos Cards.
Registration Form
You may register as an individual or a team. Individuals - don’t worry if you don’t have a team, we will put teams together on the night. For team registrations, please provide the lead entrant's details.

Terms and Conditions
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by South Kent Mind.
Age Guidance: Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Teams: Maximum of 6 people per team. Minimum of 3 people per team. Individuals without a team will be grouped together.
Health & Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during the event. Please notify us of any access needs in advance.
Conduct: This is a family-friendly event — all attendees are expected to act respectfully towards others.
Photography: Photos and/or video may be taken during the event for promotional use. Please let a member of staff know on the night if you’d prefer not to be included.
Changes & Cancellation: South Kent Mind reserves the right to make changes to the event details or cancel in unforeseen circumstances, with notice given as early as possible.
