Our mindfulness courses are ideal for anyone looking a way to improve their wellbeing.
Posted on Monday, April 8, 2024
Too busy with work or children to attend our daytime sessions? Why not take some time out for yourself and join us on Zoom to learn how mindfulness can reduce stress and anxiety whilst bringing more joy to your life.
Mindfulness practice involves bringing yourself back into the present moment by noticing elements of your surroundings you may normally be too busy to notice. It helps by relaxing the body and mind simultaneously through breathing exercises and guided imagery. This way we can release tension and become more aware of how we’re feeling.
Although mindfulness is becoming a popular way to improve your mental health, you don’t have to be an expert to get started. Our online courses are accessible for anyone looking a way to improve their wellbeing, whether you have experienced mindfulness before or you’re a complete beginner.
Come and join our online 4 week course and explore the many benefits of mindfulness. Our first course starts on Thursday 2 May, 5pm- 6:30pm. Please get in touch with us to register and receive the zoom link. Phone: 01303 250090 or email [email protected].
